The Guardians consistently make collective decisions, argue as equals, and credit each other. Male characters walk away from heroics and warrior life, choosing family and caregiving. Peter struggles with self-regulation, but shows growth by the end. It’s arguably one of the strongest examples of relational masculinity in mainstream superhero cinema, particularly through Drax’s caregiving arc and Rocket’s emotional journey.
